Competences
The head of Materials Management & Disposition is responsible for the Materials Management team and all aspect of materials management at Juno Therapeutics GmbH in Munich. This includes managing materials inventory, status assignment and distribution and ensures, that all necessary raw materials are available. The role is the primary contact for all domestic and overseas teams with regards to reagent inventory planning and shipping.
Skills/Knowledge Required
- Relevant experience in materials management
- Talented supervisor and team player
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency knowledge of MS office
- Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to set priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Working experience in GMP environment would be beneficial
- Working experience with materials management systems, e.g. SAP, would be beneficial
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading the Materials Management team of two FTEs
- Establish and maintain the SOP system for materials management including ordering, receiving, release status management and disposition
- Responsible for raw materials and ancillary product inventory
- Manage the storage of products to ensure appropriate status assignment in the warehouse and release of materials after QC testing
- Oversight of the ordering process in the Navision IT system
- Organize national and international shipment of ancillary products manufactured at Juno Therapeutics GmbH including all necessary documentation, e.g. customs declarations and certificates of analysis
- Developing the ancillary materials forecast together with users in Munich, Seattle and other locations
- Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned, e.g. project work
- Perform all activities in accordance with cGMP requirements. Ensure that team is trained in all relevant regulations and procedures
